How long have you been restoring pinball machines and arcade games?

We've been in the business of selling coin-op machines since 1978 and have been restoring pinball machines since before that.

Where do you provide service?

If you live locally, we will provide in-home service whenever needed.  Out-of-state customers will receive telephone support and parts exchange as needed.

Do you buy old machines?

Yes, Arcades At Home is always looking for more pinball machine and arcade game inventory.  Call 630-306-2567 or email Phil at pinballphil@yahoo.com with a description of the item and we will gladly make an offer to buy your machine, or help you sell your machine.

How long does it take you to fix a machine?

We fix most problems in less than an hour. 

Do you charge extra for parts?

Parts are extra, but the cost is usually minimal.

How do you ship?

We generally use STI.  Its professional furniture movers, they blanket wrap every machine and use air-ride trucks.
